Returns, right of withdrawal and warranty

Right of withdrawal — 5 working days

On purchases made over the internet you have the right to withdraw within five (5) working days of delivery, under article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011.

To exercise it, write to ventas@cafedonleo.com within that period.

Condition: the coffee must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with the bag unopened and its seal intact. Once opened, being a foodstuff, the return cannot be accepted.

Transport costs and any other expenses of the return are borne by the consumer, as the same article establishes. Once the return is received, we refund the amount paid.

Legal warranty

Roasted coffee is a perishable product. Under article 8 of Law 1480 of 2011, the legal warranty on perishable products runs until the expiry date printed on the bag.

If the coffee arrives in poor condition, torn, wet or with the bag compromised, write to us with a photograph within the first few days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
